Welcome to Glim, an AI-powered appearance simulator. Glim lets you try on AI-generated hairstyles, makeup, and other looks before committing to them in real life, and follow a personalized day-by-day plan to work toward a look you choose. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, APIs, or related services collectively, the “Platform”, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Glim. Glim may create an anonymous account for you automatically when you first open the app, without requiring registration. If you choose to register an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Glim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the Content you upload. By submitting Content, including Simulation photos and Commitment Plan photos, you grant Glim a limited license to process, store, analyze, display, and generate outputs from that Content only as needed to operate, improve, protect, and support the Platform.
Glim provides AI-generated try-on previews and Commitment Plans for informational and self-improvement purposes only. Generated Looks may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or affected by lighting, camera angle, photo quality, facial expression, grooming, and other factors. Glim does not guarantee that a Commitment Plan will produce any specific result, appearance, or outcome, even if you complete all daily tasks.
Glim is not medical, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, mental health, fitness, or professional advice. You should not rely on Glim, including its Generated Looks or Commitment Plan tasks, to make medical, cosmetic, surgical, psychological, or health-related decisions.
Certain Glim features may require payment, including weekly subscription plans that provide a set number of AI generations per week. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat.
Glim offers one free AI-generated look per device before a subscription is required. We use a device-level identifier to enforce this limit; attempting to obtain additional free generations by reinstalling the app, resetting your device, or creating multiple accounts on the same device is a violation of these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how this identifier is used.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the relevant app store’s policies. Subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, and billing issues may be handled through the app store used for the purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information, including Simulation photos, Generated Looks, Commitment Plan photos, account data, usage data, and payment-related information. You can review it at /privacy.
Glim, including its software, branding, designs, text, graphics, logos, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Glim or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Glim relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, payments, subscriptions, and AI image generation, including Google’s Gemini API. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Glim if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, misused the Platform, violated safety rules, or exposed us to legal liability.
GLIM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glim, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your Content, your use of Glim, your purchases, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or by updating this page. Continued use of Glim means you accept the revised Terms.

July 13, 2026: Updated these Terms to reflect Glim’s shift from photo scoring/analysis to an AI appearance simulator with Commitment Plans. Replaced Face Scan/Analysis Results/Optimized Image terminology with Simulations, Generated Looks, and Commitment Plans, and updated the payments and third-party AI service sections accordingly.
July 20, 2026: Added disclosure of the one-free-generation-per-device limit and the related prohibition on circumventing it via reinstalls, device resets, or multiple accounts.
