Delete your Glim account

This page is for the Glim: Glow Up Photo Editor app (iPhone and Android), published by Glim. You can delete your account and the data we hold about you at any time, on both iPhone and Android.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open Glim and go to Settings.
Tap Delete My Data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and signs you out. It can't be undone. It works the same on iPhone and Android, and deletes the data right away.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (name, username, profile picture, preferences).
Your projects, saved stickers, saved templates and recently used frames, and the pictures stored with them.
Photos and results from AI edits stored in your account.
Your notification settings and device notification token.
Your subscription status record with us.

What we may keep

Purchase records are held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies. We may keep minimal records where the law requires, or in secure backups that are removed on a regular schedule.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To stop charges, cancel it yourself:

iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Glim.
Android: Google Play Store > profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Glim > Cancel subscription.

Can't open the app?

Email us from the address you signed up with at glimsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Glim account". We'll confirm it's you, delete your account and data, and reply to let you know.
