What is the program?

The Glim Ambassador Program is for creators who post beauty, grooming, glow-up, fitness, lifestyle, or self-improvement content. Ambassadors create short-form content that naturally features Glim and helps people understand how AI can give them personalized appearance insights.

1. Who Should Apply

• Creators who post beauty, grooming, skincare, or glow-up content.
• Creators who post self-improvement, lifestyle, or confidence content.
• Pages with an engaged audience interested in appearance and personal style.
• People who can post consistently and understand short-form content.

2. What Ambassadors Do

• Create and post short-form videos featuring Glim naturally.
• Show how Glim analyzes a photo and gives personalized improvement tips.
• Post a minimum of 2 videos per day when active in the program.
• Reply to comments from people asking how to improve their look.

3. Content Style

Glim content should feel native to TikTok and Reels. The content should feel like beauty, glow-up, or self-improvement content first, not like an advertisement.

• Glow-up content first, app second.
• Short videos usually perform best around 8–12 seconds.
• Text on screen is preferred for most content.
• Pinned comments mentioning Glim are encouraged.

4. Compensation

Compensation may include a monthly retainer, bonuses for high-performing videos, and additional growth incentives. Payment structures may vary based on creator size, content quality, consistency, and performance.

• Additional rewards for helping grow Glim awareness.

5. Expectations

• Post consistently and follow the agreed content style.
• Represent Glim positively and professionally.
• Do not make misleading claims about the app or results.
• Content must comply with platform rules and local laws.

6. Selection Process

Applications are reviewed based on content style, audience quality, posting consistency, and fit with the Glim brand. Not all applicants will be accepted, and ambassador spots may be limited.
